A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria de Mobilidade (Semob), alterou o sentido de trânsito de veículos em trecho da Rua Roberto Vieira Holts, localizada no bairro Aparecidinha. Desde esta terça-feira (2), essa via passa a ter mão única de direção, entre as ruas José Francisco de Afonso Marins e Joaquim Machado.
A alteração, de acordo com a Semob, visa melhorar a circulação viária no bairro. Ao todo, foram implantadas oito placas de regulamentação e de advertência no local, além de 100 metros quadrados de sinalização de solo.
Os técnicos da Semob pedem aos condutores que redobrem a atenção para a nova forma de circulação. As mudanças são informadas aos motoristas também por meio de cavaletes e o local conta, ainda, com o acompanhamento de agentes de trânsito.
