São José dos Campos recebeu, nesta sexta-feira (20), quatro ambulâncias para renovação da frota do Samu 192 (Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência) com o objetivo de aprimorar e agilizar, ainda mais, o atendimento à população e salvar vidas.
Os motoristas foram a São Paulo nesta sexta buscar as viaturas, cujo termo de doação, por parte do Ministério da Saúde, foi assinado por representante da Secretaria de Saúde no último dia 27 de setembro.
A cidade conta com nove ambulâncias, sendo sete de suporte básico e duas de suporte avançado. Apenas neste ano, foram realizados 25.371 atendimentos.
São José integra o Consavap (Consórcio Intermunicipal de Saúde do Alto Vale do Paraíba), formado por oito cidades da RMVale (Região Metropolitana do Vale do Paraíba, Litoral Norte e Serra da Mantiqueira).
“É com alegria que recebemos as quatro ambulâncias para o município de São José dos Campos, que proporcionarão mais segurança, conforto e agilidade no atendimento à população. Também teremos a redução de custos de manutenção com nossas viaturas”, disse a secretária-executiva do Consavap, Myriam Alckmin.

Base compartilhada
Nos últimos anos, a Prefeitura de São José dos Campos tem ampliado os investimentos no Samu, que desde 2017 possui Certificação Qmentum Internacional, uma acreditação canadense que monitora padrões de desempenho nas áreas de qualidade e segurança, definidos mundialmente, para instituições de saúde.
Em cumprimento ao Plano de Gestão 2021-2024, já está sendo construída a nova base do Corpo de Bombeiros, que funcionará em Santana, na região norte, e será compartilhada com o Samu.
A obra compreende a construção de um prédio com sala de estar, copa, banheiros feminino e masculino, dois quartos e área para estacionamento de duas ambulâncias, inclusive com infraestrutura para viabilizar a lavagem dos veículos.
A edificação compreenderá área construída total de 130 metros quadrados e estacionamento para veículos com pátio de piso intertravado. O investimento é de R$ 991.472,65, com prazo de entrega previsto para o início do ano que vem.

Nova estrutura
Em outra melhoria, o Consavap inaugurou, no final do ano passado, sua nova sede administrativa, no CPI1 (Comando de Policiamento do Interior), da Polícia Militar, na região central de São José.
O espaço unifica a gestão e a operação do serviço, possibilitando melhores condições técnicas e de uso de ferramentas de inteligência em benefício da população.
Desde 2017, a central de regulação do Samu, que atende pelo número 192, opera integrada ao Copom (Centro de Operações da Polícia Militar) e Cobom (Centro de Operações do Corpo de Bombeiros).
São José foi a primeira cidade do Estado de São Paulo a ter esse sistema unificado de atendimento dos serviços.
Motolâncias
Também no ano passado, em outra inovação para melhorar, ainda mais, o atendimento à população, a Prefeitura implantou o projeto das motolâncias, motocicletas usadas principalmente nos primeiros socorros em casos de acidentes ou outras emergências.
O projeto é mais uma extensão da Atividade Delegada, de parceria da Prefeitura com o governo do Estado.
Todos os motoristas das motolâncias e das ambulâncias são bombeiros, capacitados para o atendimento de emergência em tempo reduzido.
Com as motolâncias, é possível reduzir o tempo de intervalo entre o momento em que a central de comunicação recebe a informação da emergência e a chegada da equipe de socorro ao local.
Cada motocicleta é equipada com o DEA (desfibrilador externo automático) e são utilizadas nos casos em que o Samu é acionado e a chegada ao local da ocorrência é estimada de 3 a 5 minutos antes da ambulância.
São quatro motolâncias e já foram realizados, desde a implantação do projeto no ano passado, 1.682 atendimentos.

O Samu segue se modernizando e também trabalha com sistema de geolocalização.
Quando o solicitante não sabe o endereço, a Central envia um SMS para ele. Automaticamente, sua localização aparece no sistema da central de regulação, agilizando o atendimento e a chegada do socorro.
