O Governo de SP determinou ponto facultativo em todos os serviços públicos estaduais da capital nesta terça-feira (3)
Impactos no transporte sobre trilhos
Na manhã desta terça-feira (3) apenas duas linhas da CPTM funcionaram parcialmente (7-Rubi e 11-Coral). Nenhum passageiro foi transportado nas linhas do Metrô, sendo que em dias normais as duas empresas transportam em média 1,7 milhão de passageiros, entre 4h e 12h e 4h40 e 11h da manhã, respectivamente.
Desde as primeiras horas do dia de hoje, as equipes diretivas das três empresas estão monitorando a adesão à greve ilegal e buscando adotar as medidas de contingência necessárias para garantir a prestação dos serviços públicos à população.
As linhas de transporte metropolitano já concedidas, Linhas 4-Amarela e 5-Lilás de metrô e 8-Diamante e 9-Esmeralda de trens metropolitanos, operam normalmente.
Sabesp
Os sistemas de abastecimento de água, coleta e tratamento de esgotos seguem operando regularmente. Os serviços essenciais não foram impactados. Não foi necessário, até o momento, adotar o plano de contingência já que os serviços à população seguem normais.
Atendimentos de saúde
Os hospitais estaduais funcionam normalmente nesta terça-feira. Os pacientes dos Ambulatórios Médicos de Especialidades (AMEs) da capital e de outras unidades de saúde da rede estadual que possuem uma consulta ou exame no dia de hoje terão seus reagendamentos garantidos.
O agendamento poderá ser feito diretamente com a unidade por telefone ou presencial durante o horário de funcionamento, das 7h às 19h.
Ponto Facultativo
O Governo de São Paulo determinou ponto facultativo em todos os serviços públicos estaduais da capital nesta terça-feira (3). O objetivo é reduzir os prejuízos à população, garantindo a remarcação de consultas, exames e demais serviços que estavam agendados para a data da greve. Os serviços de segurança pública não serão afetados, assim como os restaurantes e postos móveis do Bom Prato, que continuam a oferecer normalmente as refeições previstas nesta terça. Aulas e provas da rede estadual de ensino também serão repostas e reagendadas.

Descumprimento Judicial
Nesta manhã, dois oficiais de justiça estiveram no Centro de Controle Operacional (CCO) do Metrô e da CPTM e puderam ver que a decisão emitida pelo Tribunal Regional do Trabalho não vem sendo acatada. O TRT havia deliberado contrariamente à greve das três categorias e determinado a manutenção dos serviços de transporte em 100% nos horários de pico e 80% nos demais períodos, além de 85% do contingente referente a serviços essenciais da Sabesp. A Justiça também se manifestou contrariamente a liberação de catracas devido ao alto risco de tumultos e acidentes graves nas estações. A partir da constatação do descumprimento, o Metrô e a CPTM adotarão as medidas legais cabíveis para cumprir com as penalidades estabelecidas pelo judiciário.
Ônibus
Os ônibus municipais e intermunicipais circulam normalmente nesta terça-feira (3). A EMTU e a SPTrans organizaram um esquema especial para manter a frota total durante todo o dia a fim de minimizar os transtornos causados à população por essa greve ilegal. Na capital, a SPTrans ampliou os itinerários de mais de 20 linhas municipais para que os passageiros consigam chegar mais perto de locais com maior concentração de comércio e serviços.
