Prefeitura de Cuiab | Prefeito Emanuel Pinheiro inicia mudanas no secretariado e Benedito Calix assume a PGM

O prefeito de Cuiabá, Emanuel Pinheiro, nomeou Benedicto Miguel Calix Filho para coordenar as ações da Procuradoria Geral do Município (PGM) em substituição à Juliette Caldas Migueis. Como procurador-geral adjunto será nomeado, Alex Nascimento. As nomeações serão publicadas na edição de quinta-feira (23), da Gazeta Municipal. 

“A necessidade de adequações em uma gestão municipal é indispensável para garantir o contínuo progresso e o atendimento eficiente às demandas. Essa busca constante por melhorias e a capacidade de se adaptar às mudanças são elementos essenciais a um gestor, sempre tendo como propulsor o que uma cidade tem de melhor, as pessoas”, declarou ao prefeito.

Pinheiro agradeceu ainda os anos de dedicação, trabalho ético e comprometido da procuradora Julliete, que comandou a Pasta desde setembro de 2020 e promoveu muitos avanços. Servidora de carreira, ela permanecerá atuando na PGM. 

“A alternância é natural na administração pública e não é apenas uma questão de substituir indivíduos, mas sim de promover uma visão diferenciada, alinhada com as necessidades da população. A diversidade de desafios é constante e alternar a gestão municipal implica em adotar práticas sempre tendo a eficiência e o zelo pelo serviço destinado à população como alicerces”, finalizou.

Currículo:

Benedicto Miguel Calix Filho nasceu em Cuiabá, em 21 de janeiro de 1981. É formado em Direito, pela Universidade de Cuiabá (UNIC). Além disso, possui especializações em Direito Civil, Direito Administrativo e Processo Civil. Ele é procurador do Município de Cuiabá desde de 2009.

Em sua experiência profissional, Benedicto possui atuações em cargos efetivos de advogado do Conselho de Contabilidade de Mato Grosso (CRC-MT) e de Técnico da Área Instrumental do Governo do Estado (TAIG) – perfil advogado; e como Analista Judiciário do Tribunal Regional Federal da 1ª Região e do Tribunal Regional Federal da 3ª Região.

O procurador também trabalhou como professor substituto na Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso, nos anos de 2016 e 2017. Na oportunidade, foi o responsável por lecionar as disciplinas de Direito Civil I e II.
