GCM ‘salva’ a vida de aposentado no Calçadão

No dia 26 de dezembro, os guardas civis municipais Rafael Tokio e Cristiano dos Santos “salvaram” a vida de um aposentado que sofreu um mal súbito dentro de uma loja em pleno Calçadão, no centro de São José dos Campos.

Os dois guardas do grupamento da Ronda Escolar estavam fazendo o patrulhamento preventivo a pé no Calçadão quando foram interpelados pela esposa do aposentado, que estava desesperada e pedindo socorro. Rapidamente, eles pegaram DEA (Desfibrilador Externo Automático) na viatura e correram para o interior da loja iniciando o atendimento até que o Samu (Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência) pudesse chegar.

O GCM Cristiano explica que o aparelho fez o monitoramento do paciente e informou todo o procedimento que deveria ser realizado. “Foi uma emoção grande, mas eu e meu parceiro Tokyo estávamos preparados para colocar em prática todo o conhecimento adquirido nos treinamentos e nos revezamos na massagem cardíaca até a chegada das motolâncias.”

As equipes de moto e de ambulâncias do Samu atenderam à ocorrência e o paciente também passou por atendimento hospitalar.

Viaturas da GCM são identificadas com este adesivo informando a presença do DEA
